If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems.

Refund Policy
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 2 working days and we will refund the full purchase price including postage. However, if you have decided that you don't want the product, we will refund the price of the product, but postage and packaging costs are your responsibility.

Any product you return must be returned in its original packaging. Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your returned item for it to be processed and refunded.
